It has been 3 weeks since the start of our project  Currently we've read lots of related information about relays and IR Today we tried to build a simple circuit for IR detector. At the beginning we made a connection mistake because we connected them in a wrong direction.( We assumed the numbers are connected in side the breadboard) and after Oscar's help it was successful. We observed that there was a obvious change for the voltage across the detector if we made the emitter close to it.

Parts required:

A Latching relay

A switch button

Eight 1,5 V battery

Cables and alligator clips

(others are still needed exploration)
