Gauss:  Flux of E through a closed surface is the charge enclosed/eps-0

No-Name:  Flux of B though any closed surface is zero.

Faraday:  Path integral of E around the perimeter of any open surface is (-1) times time derivative of magnetic flux through the open surface

Ampere/Maxwell:  Path integral of B around the perimeter of open surface is mu-0 times flux of current (including displacement current) through the surface.
