The computer based testing facility has nice documenation about signing in for the exam, as well as setting up your exam workspace   https://cbtf.engr.illinois.edu/cbtf-online/students/checkin.html 

You will be allowed the following items while taking the exam

1. Formula Sheet (either electronic or printed)
2. Scratch paper and a pen/pencil
3. A calculator
