Official Description

Materials science, engineering, and processing of microlithographic materials, conductors, and dielectrics for electronic applications. Performance related to materials properties and processing. Processing commonly used in microelectronic circuit manufacture for metallization, dielectric formation, and lithography. Course Information: 3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: ECE 340.
