Update 9/28/15

Many parts have arrived and testing was done on the MOSFET based voltage regulator.  The system is able to create a voltage with very low noise based on a ratio to an input from what will later be a DAC.  The amplifier I have obtained is good, but the depedence on the chopper integrator circuit makes it difficult to practically implement, so I will find alternatives.

Below is the basic design of the feedback based voltage regulation circuit I came up with.  The system has ~6 times gain of the input voltage from the DAC (goes into the non inverting input) to what comes out.  This system will rely on having a pull down resistor across the positive and negative rails to get down to low voltage and little output current.
