QUIZ 3: is on Wednesday December 9, 6:40 - 7:20 pm in Zoom room "velury" 
	(i.e. it will take up the second half of the first discussion period)
We are covering these topics: 
    . time-dependent approximation methods 
    . EM radiation (= a special case of time-dependent PT)
These correspond roughly last-half-of-week-7 through week 13, BUT BUT
BUT with two sizable sections of material REMOVED:
    x generators of transformations -> will not be on any exam
    x the full EM Hamiltonian (with vector potential) -> will not be on any exam

NO MORE MATERIAL:  The material covered on the final exam STOPS at the end
end of Quiz 3, i.e. the scattering techniques of weeks 14 and 15 will not 
be on the exam.  Also, I will not post any more homework.  Rather ... 

DROPPING TWO LOW SCORES:  As I did last semester, I will drop the *TWO* lowest
homework scores, and the *TWO* lowest discussion scores.  It has been another
hard semester for us all; it is more than warranted.  Hang in there, friends!
