Physics of semiconductor devices; theory and application of discrete and integrated devices in linear circuits; use of operational amplifiers and feedback; regulation, oscillators, and modulation; emphasizes practical experience. Course Information: 5 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: PHYS 325.
