This 8-week course delves into the fundamental principles and practices of effective interpersonal communication in diverse contexts. We will explore how we build and maintain relationships through verbal and nonverbal communication, active listening, conflict management, and emotional intelligence. The influence of culture, identity, and perception on our interactions with others will be examined.
