Posting Policies:

  1. In order to ensure that students reap the most benefit from the forum, all posts should be made visible to all students. Anonymous posting will be enabled, but private queries (those made exclusively to course staff) will be ignored. If a query truly warrants a private posting, it should be conveyed via email.
     
  2. Due diligence must be performed by the student to ensure that their posts are not duplicates or extensions of other posts. If a post is an extension of an existing thread, it must be published within that thread. Campuswire queries that are asked and/or answered in an existing post will be ignored and/or removed.

Homework Grading

  • Homeworks and exams will be graded on Gradescope. We will add you to Gradescope.

  • You will be submitting homework using gradescope as a PDF file. Please refer to the following link and video.

  • Write neatly! Please box the equations you will be solving and the final answer. If we cannot read it we cannot grade it!.

  • Homework is due at 5PM on Thursday in Gradescope.

  • Regrade requests must be submitted on Gradescope within one week of grades being posted. All regrade requests must have a brief justification. Please talk to course staff before you submit a regrade request.

Late Homework Policy

Late homework will be accepted, but comes with a penalty detailed in the table below.

Letter Grades:

Letter grades shall be assigned as shown in the table below. These thresholds maybe lowered (e.g. curved), depending on exam averages or other extenuating circumstances; these thresholds will not be raised. Meaning, for instance, if your class average is 89.9%, you are guaranteed at least an A-.

87% > B+ ≥ 83% 83% > B ≥ 80% 80% > B- ≥ 77%
