Office Hours:
Please refer to the course Piazza for the most up-to-date schedule.
Late Policy:
Late labs will be deducted 20% per day they are late. Labs submitted three days after the deadline will be given a zero.
Note: We ask you all to submit your labs as zip files on Compass (described
here). You should place your executed lab file (.ipynb file with all your code run) along with any other files (image, audio, etc.) we provide for the lab in one folder and compress that folder to a single .zip file with the naming format of netid_Lab#.zip. For the first two labs, we will regrade student submissions that are ungradeable. Starting with Lab 3, students must ensure their submission is proper on Compass.
Course Grade:
The final grade in the course will be determined by the following criteria:
- Each individual lab will have the same weight even though their individual points may vary. Furthermore, the Lab Report is worth 75% of each lab, while the Quiz is worth 25% of each lab. Please contact your section's TA if you have a regrade request.
- Quizzes will be administered on Compass2g. Students will have between 8:00am-11:59pm UIUC time on each quiz day to complete their quiz.
- We will drop one quiz grade per student at the end of the semester
