Section Description
Introduces recent research on creativity support tools in the field of human-computer interaction. Topics include theories and models of creativity, user interfaces for creative practice, evaluation methods, collaboration and social creativity, and human-AI models of co-creation. Topics will be explored through student-led presentations, written critiques, in-class discussions of the literature and research projects related to the section theme. Students will come away from the course with in-depth knowledge of how technology advances are shaping the future of creative work and innovation.
