Concepts and procedures for condition survey assessment; pavement evaluation by nondestructive testing and data analysis (roughness, friction, structural capacity, internal flaws, and thickness measurements): destructive testing, maintenance strategies, rehabilitation techniques of pavement systems for highways and airfields, cost analysis, preservation techniques. Course Information: Prerequisite: CEE 406.
