CEE 506 - Pavement Design II

Development of layered elastic and plate theory models for area analysis of pavement systems; performance prediction of flexible and rigid pavements; characterization of aircraft traffic; design of airfield pavement systems; construction material fatigue and failure criteria (strength theory and fracture mechanics); industrial floor and reinforced concrete slab design; climatic factors. Course Information: Prerequisite: CEE 406.
