Section Description

Connecting information and people is essential to engineering success. Students in this course will learn to strengthen their durable skills through the exploration of personal attributes and the role of team dynamics and processes. The course aims to explore why practical team management is essential, the benefits of identifying and assessing team roles, responsibilities, and deliverables through critical reading, effective communication, and hands-on activities in the context of engineering. Students will learn to identify and evaluate ideas, decision-making processes, resources, and strategies that can be integrated into projects and organizations. The course provides space to practice, receive feedback on their process, and reflect on their experiences as an individual, with a mentor, and as a team.
